Only one level? And you really should use a higher quality image; I had to zoom in numerous times to find Waldo, and even then, I couldn't move around in zoomed in mode.
The controls are weird. Why use the mouse? Use ASDW to move and the spacebar to fill the cheat bar, it's a lot easier than having to have the right hand on the mouse and the left on the arrow keys.
