I really regret saying this was a "great sequel". This is a horrible piece of glitched stuff. Last boss keeps running away like a coward off screen and the ending sequence triggers so i will never be able to get his achievement of killing him.
Great sequel, but goddammit please dont make Achievement popup screens take up all the middle of screen on a bullet hell game i got killed because of a double achievement popup
Hey Percon, you asked me for feedback on the menu slowdown issue. I've tested the whole chapter 10 and never got a single slowdown besides the very start (as i said, the screen all black with chapter name still gives me slowdown. but that happens with every single one) and no, i didnt get slowdown on the "line" scene. Maybe a LITTLE bit during the first "static" but not enough to be sure.
Oh, thank you very much. That helps narrow it down, though unfortunately I'm still not 100% sure what is causing it. I'll be sure to keep an eye out as I continue to develop Exit/Corners.
I'm getting HUGE slowdowns on the Main Menu and the "starting" screen for each episode. But as long as it starts running, it works fine until the end.
I have a very humble and old laptop, But it can run a few games released until 2013.
Still, i wanna ask, if possible, to work on checking if the main menu is using too many resources than it should. Thank you, this game is amazing, even though i'm not a fan of lots of dialog games.
I wonder if it's the shader I'm using? When you get to chapter 10, if you haven't already, can you let me know if you experience the same slowdown during *that* scene? (you'll know the one)
it shouldn't have been erased anyways, except if you didn't clear your cache
