The spells are interesting and the gameplay is fun but I really don't like how sexualized she is. Do I really need to see her panties every time I finish a stage?
no you do not have to. unless you turned the fanservice button on? Heavy plot (no pun intended) is carried by this game that made me finalize such character creation. Something I HOPE i can relay in the sequel. for now I hope personal preferences do not hamper you from playing the game.
The interface is quite small and it would be nice if the game scaled with the zoom of the browser. Also, the auto battles are nice, but is there anyway to see an enemy's stats before attacking it? Even in the first level, I see that bats are weak against something, but as the battle lasts only 2 seconds, I still haven't understood the stats I'm seeing ...
Is the rating system even relevant anymore? How does this have 4.1? It's not fun, it's not great looking, the soundtrack is repetitive and awful, and it constantly is pressuring you to spend money. Who's rating this so highly? This makes me question the ratings of other games on Kong.
I love Nerdook's games and this is no exception. However, I was extremely disappointed in the weak rewards for beating each difficulty level. I thought there would be similar "perks" as with the easy difficulty giving you a bonus 100 gold. Getting a "Congratulations" for "Nightmare mode" felt very anticlimactic.
I can't seem to even view the whole game on my screen. I'm playing on a laptop in google chrome. If I zoom out far enough that I can see the top and bottom of the screen, the sides are cut off. I stopped about 1 minute in. It annoys me when games don't scale to size. Is there an easy fix?
Is it supposed to be this easy on normal mode? I haven't had to use a healing item yet and I'm almost through the crystal caverns. I've "healed" my chars I think maybe 2 times. If we play on a harder difficulty, do we get more rewards (money, xp, etc.)? Or is it just to make the game more challenging.
2 things I notice right away: 1) I don't seem to be able to see how equipping armor will change my stats (I assume this is a bug or oversight?); it works fine for armor/hats/flair. 2) I want a full screen! I've accidentally clicked on a bookmark and left my game three times now! Is there anyway to full screen it?
I like the number displays but I don't like the mechanic marking spots as blank -- requiring us to double click each blank spot (to produce the dot marking it as a blank space) before it will show the row/column as done is annoying. It is also tiring trying to mark large sections as empty.
I love games like this (especially Burrito Bison) but for some reason this does not feel at all satisfying. One commenter talked about the negatives of hitting creeps -- it's like everytime I hit something, I'm punished. The cannon seems to actually slow me down! There are lots of features, but this is missing the fun factor.
What about some sort of combo bonuses depending on which units you put in a base? For exaple, 3 archers = +5% range, or 3 different units = +10%hp? Just something a bit extra to encourage more strategy and mixing it up.
It seemed to have a genuinely scary atmosphere until the Sprites showed up and talked so obnoxiously. Also, I was really annoyed to discover the first 10 sprite droppings disappear after the lights go out.
This costs a lot of money to be able to use every feature. I'm all for spending kreds, but I like to be able to spend some kreds to access the full game. Buying the land, then buying a house to put it on ... not to mention the little extras and the special agents. It's pricey.
I don't like when you can't resize the game screen. It's so small it's hard to read the dialogue. Also, the grammar needs a bit of cleaning up. The game itself is pretty and seems fun to play around with.
