I do not have to ability to alter your saves as they are cached on your computers, as this seems to be multiple people I will see if it's a load issue, your file will still be available.
Will look into this, do you have any pets purchased so far? if you cannot afford the other pets they will not be displayed. (I think i will be removing this feature as it hides the content)
