I'm with doug... the elder, sinner, sultan, and mechanic will only award me 2 x's, while the walker and the ranger have given me three. how do I fix this?
there is FAR too much wrong with this game for it to have badges. just... nothing. too slow, too much pointless grinding, sticky controls, the pet system is just too finicky, no autosave or something comparable, boring fight system, huge leaps followed by long plateaus in the balances of power, uninspiring items, just... nothing. and for all of you saying it's got good graphics: ok, maybe they're slick, but it's still BORING. there is so little excitement and joy in this game that I can't even bring myself to keep playing.
it was annoying how the properties of fire and water really had nothing to do with this game. I was thinking, "where are the puzzles where you burn stuff? how about dissolving things with water girl?" a lot of the levels were just doing the same thing twice - not that fun of a game. 2/5.
good concept, bad replay, bad music with weird unmuting powers, bad badges, time consuming, makes you wait ages through the credits, no autosave (which would be better). wanted to like it, tried to like it, but failed to like it. 1/5.
well, this game isn't really a challenge, but you're never given the impression that you're one step behind - you don't spend a lot of time repairing, and it's not that hard to upgrade. it makes up for it in enemy volume, though. I give it a 4.5/5
so, I worked really hard to get 2 level five brass tiles to see what would happen in the boiler... and it turns out that nothing happens. those two tiles were equivalent to 2048 level one irons... ever realize you spend too much time on kongregate?
I like hearing "the ride of the valkyries" when I get that power-up :) all I can think of is elmer fudd, "kill the WABbitt, kill the WABbitt, kill the WABbitt, kill the WABBITT!"
WAY too tedious. it's like doing a hundred piece puzzle - not that hard - but you have to run around the table 6 times after putting each piece in place
