It needs to be easier to change your design. There should be a hotkey for deleting a piece, or the ability to drag-select several pieces to delete at once.

I really hate how, as you upgrade the catapult, it gets slower and slower. I thought it was supposed to be the backbone of the army, not something I can fire once every 5 minutes.
I think it would be nice with some sound, and graphics improvements. It's generally too simple though. It gets old fast. You should try adding elements to it to make it more challenging or interesting, like walls.
