I never had the black screen. I beat the game and the only downfall is you have to be "ALLIED" with whomever you want to be friends with in order to do the final quests for them and complete the game. I was a 35 wizard allied with magicians/mercenaries/alliance. wizard is an easy race, pure focus for high dmg. i could easily kill anything and everything.

You need a good computer to not glitch it. I used a terrible computer and glitched the 1st, 2nd and boss stage. I used this awesome computer and no glitches. to prove it.

I agree with Conall Somerled, I don't understand why this is such a high rated game. The game get's too difficult and extremely frustrating. Unfair challenges and you don't get your own path. For example, you can't get the skills you like, you need to get the skills that are useful(which is why you can reset your points).
