For those who aren't seeing a difference even after turning the quality down to low, you need to know that even if you turn the quality to low after lagging in high quality, the laggy carpfish is still there in your temporary memory (or somewhere). Reopening your web browser then starting the game in low should reduce the lag by a bit. I'm using Chrome and it worked for me, noticed a few games that had this problem before.
I actaully like the way the game is... the way the light and darkness work make it aesthetically pleasing to me for some reason..... as for recoil... I still say its fine, I can already shoot pretty much straight with right click after only playing this game a few times, and if I play it longer, I'll be able to shoot straight without right click (I could do that in Crossfire with Scar heavy a while ago, not sure if I still can)...
Life stream says it makes you temporarily immune to all damage.... however if that weird spell that drains health that the boss with the 2 large things with different colored balls on each end is activated already, using life stream won't stop it from killing you D:
