3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it
4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances
5 Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility
6 Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart
7 Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting
8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you
9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging
10 Wait until everyone dies

Lust - As you've noticed there are three "good looking" girls hanging around in the three bars (they rotate around these places). You can buy them drinks to increase the lust rating but take note of what is their favourite drink. Eventually you'll be asked to pick one of the girls and once the lust meter is at max she'll ask you for a drink. You then play a little easy game of downing shot, as you get drunk before you get lust!
Pride - you need to enter the Daily Male competition at the Dive Bar. You need to have visited the beauty salon before to increase your attractiveness. In the competition there are three rounds. Round one is looks. Round two is the interview, just answer any controversial questions with "I like my hair" and answer the other questions with obvious answers. Round three is the dance mat game.
Wrath - Go to the pub called the "Nobody Inn". Start conversation with the guy that challenged you. If you give the right answers you'll fight him, once you've won you’ve done Wrath.
Greed - Go to the workplace and play the hire 'em fire 'em game until you keep getting promoted. You will eventually be asked to downsize your team, which will mean firing your co-workers. If you fire them you'll have committed Greed.
Sloth - Simply go to bed in your house one time after another.
Envy - Go to the woods and tell the nature lover that you hate nature. He'll fight you. If you can defeat him, you steal his binoculars. Then go to the mansion and use the binoculars to stare at the windows. Keep the binoculars on the highlighted window to raise the envy-meter until you've done it.
Gluttony - Go to the burger bar and eat until you're sick.
