I've been dying to see a multiplayer game like this, there's a lot of similar games but no one has made one yet. Someone get on that right away... Flash can now support real time games with the introduction of NAT hole punching. I want something like this multiplayer.
So.. You can't train scavengers? That's a pretty big oversight... You shouldn't be able to train scavs into something else OR you should be able to train new ones.
I experienced some sort of frame glitch on the first trap doors, upon hitting the floor on the next screen it transported me to meeting the old man immediately.
Dear game developers, stop adding timers to your games that are real time in a game where frame rate drops due to large numbers on screen. ESPECIALLY if challenges in your game are time based.
Another suggestion to add to my other one: Add a keyboard shortcut for advance wave? I'd like to be able to focus on aiming, not clicking on the advance wave button.
Cuatic, by getting your fans to thumbs up your own messages you make it impossible for new suggestions to become top comments. I think that your own towers should be able to shoot through each other, or at least not shoot without line of sight. Varied gold amounts based on toughness of enemy would also be a nice addition, as another commenter mentioned.
3/5 and I'll tell you why.
1.Chapter 3 bugs out at times when doing jumps near the wings while inside.
2. I thought developers had got past the concept of creating cheap spikes or a cheap fall trap in areas the player intuitively jumps to. This makes a player feel cheated. Any death should feel like the player's fault, not the game's.
3. I didn't like the story, mainly because you mentioned shadow of the colossus, had you not mentioned that I probably would have enjoyed it, but this story does not do anything that SOC did. SOC's whole point was to make the player question their actions, were the lives of the colossi truly worth the life of 1 girl? Etc. This is nothing but a selfish adventure for rule of a kingdom.
God dammit, this game had potential but you made the same mistake that so many other amateur developers keep making.
Timers in flash games HAVE to be framerate based, using timers that count down in real seconds is stupid, especially in games like this that get lag when many units are pathfinding at the same time.
If the game lags between attack waves then the timer is dramatically reduced because it ticks at normal speed while your workers work at a reduced rate.
It had a lot of potential, but this kills it for me.
Ok, installing a "find new path" button isn't a bugfix, it's a lazy way to do it and it leaves a massive exploit in the game.
The build 20 cannons achievement is bugged, it registers all cannons built so it achieves only on the army that you are using at the time of reaching 20 cannons.
The cannons are pointless, they all have the same range and there's nothing that you need more power to attack anyway.
The enemies get mowed down by 3 rows of tier 3 infantry making hard levels just as easy as the easy ones.
Did the developer even play the game before releasing this? It feels completely unfinished.
