Ok, this has the makings of a TOP multiplayer game. The typos and spelling errors need cleaning up, the chat box needs to be opaque since you can't click anything behind it, the rank system needs work, perhaps just a dual leaderboard system like umag has, one for skill and one for effort. After that all it needs is some carrots on sticks to make people stick around. Unlockables based on a linear only upwards (never downwards) score/rank system and constant goals for players to work towards. If these get added in, this game WILL become incredibly popular, players will stick around and a community will build. PLEASE keep up development on this game, it has sooo much potential.
Didn't get the achievement? You didn't reach the end. Make your own choices and hit GO, when asked between going or staying close.
I really loved this game, I personally believe that artistic games like this aren't supposed to have a specific meaning or purpose, even if the author had a specific focus when it was made it is still for the player to take what they feel from it.
This showed growing up, the voice was that of the creatures parents trying to guide it as best as they could.
They care but will put it through difficult things taking the lower but harder path for me symbolised sticking out school.
As for the colours of the world, I really didn't take away a proper conclusion to this, various objects and things in the world remain their original colours rather than taking on a form if you do not follow advice. This for me symbolised living in a fantasy realm, instead of following you make up your own world.
Sadly I see far too many people living in such a fantasy land these days.
No idea what people are talking about here, they clearly suck.
Always play any +builders/mages/recruit cards as soon as you get them. Treat is as an rts game, focus on your economy first then make a move on the opponent.
Further to my framerate fix comment... The meteors regularly don't animate the hitting ground frames when the game is lagging, this will cause damage to opponents and buildings that are still standing but will not cause buildings to actually die.
In credits you should quote the full name of the track or author of the music/sounds you used. They might be free and fair use but you should always give credit where credit is due =/
I rated someone down for asking to be a mod, then I read the description and realised it was someone with a sense of humour so I rated him up. True story.
Guys, stop complaining about it being a copy of Toss The Turtle, Toss The Turtle was a copy of penguin smash and that in turn was a copy of other games anyway. Games come genres, there are thousands of tower defence games that nobody complains are copying each other. Don't rate a game down because of the genre it fits. Rate it on whether or not is a good game or not.
Another little detail, the scrolling background should start further to the left, it seems for the stars to not already be on screen at the beginning of a level.
Not a bad little game, liked the fact you actually made a second type of asteroid, a little something extra would have been to have larger asteroids break into smaller ones when hit.
As a side note, a different model for the ship might be a good idea, it just feels a little odd fighting asteroids in a vertical field. It feels like it should be top down instead.
This game has great potential but there are a lot of things that need improvement, as other's have said there needs to be a select all button. The pathfinding is BROKEN, enemies will run straight into walls and even glitch through them at times because they only follow straight paths to opponents bases, better AI and threat targeting would be great.
Overall the game is great to play, I had a lot of fun with it but it feels unfinished, a little polish here and there would make this a favourite and a potential series if you could add some story and more creative level design. 3.5/5 Polish it and get back to us.
Seems to be a major glitch. If I die on a level I started after saving it saves the number of tanks I killed in that level thus meaning fewer things to kill in my reload.
Otherwise great game.
Game would have been much better if the bullets actually went past the cross hairs. It is especially noticeable with the laser, it's ridiculous that the laser beam shows it connecting with an enemy but the shots don't register unless the cross hair is on or behind an enemy.
