@sepulture, thats y crystal energy prices r low now. $2.95 for 1000 ce, 2 week elevator pass, silver key and stranger hat is an amazing deal so lots of ppl buy it and also sell the ce.
wow, i don't play for a day and i come back and see that i have been attacked 8 times by 1 guy that destroyed 92 buildings and destroyed 2 outposts. i look at my protection and see that it is 2 days. Good thing he didn't take all my outposts like he did for everyone around me o.0. Then he leaves and i can't attack him back. Also he was obviously a shiny user looking at his yard. Kind of cheap?
u can use ur steam account if u go to "terms" at the bottom right and then it will take u to the spiral knights page inside the game frame. Then just click play at the top and u can log in with ur steam account.
@TheBozz, u forgot Fomor's beast buff power that increases attack speed, speed by 60% and makes monsters absorb 60% damage. Also, after using it for so long, regular DAVEs and zafs seem so slow in movement and attacking.
Oddies need to be cheaper to buy with gold or be able to get other than buying with kredits because it's impossible to get enough gold through quests for even 100 oddies since later on the quests require u to have better stuff to beat like songs for lur blaster, unlocking towers and getting the chicken punisher.
U will go into protection if most of ur yard was destroyed, ur TH was destroyed (not that sure), or u have been attacked 3 times by a player in a day. Tip: u can recycle ur map room and u will cease to exist on the map so no one can attack u. It only takes 15 min to build it back up too.
@chainman64, the glitch is when ur upgrading ur TH and another worker picks up a mushroom the worker working on the TH may stop. All u need to do is refresh the page and it will continue. Also for everyone that just lately joined since the achievements came out, KIXEYE does not look at the comments here and has not for months since they haven't acknowledged a good suggestion and there will be no new ways to get more shiny (stated in KIXEYE forums).
@Andralash, i got to t3 in 1 1/2 months and thats shorter than most MMO games that i've played to get to the last stages of the game. There is really no reason to buy energy with real money unless u were really that impatient. Doing JK over and over is not impossible and it's not boring. Knowing that i'm closer each day made it feel timeless and after i got to t3, i thought it was worth it. Don't exaggerate about the CE because over half of the players on spiral knights probably don't pay. I know most of my friends don't and they r t3 or close to.
DAVE is short for David and named after David Cooper, the executive producer of KIXEYE. He's probably in charge so he made the strongest monster after him. He is also a fan of starcraft so he made the zafreeti based on a zerg overlord.
@zoahan, the game would not be better without energy since there would be a lot of grinders and u'd beat the game way faster. Also later on in the game u will make more than enough crowns to buy 100 crystal energy and play for as long as u want. So it really balances out.
@TheIcehunter, it already tells u that 5 friends have helped when u try to help that building. Also there is the "monster academy" where u can upgrade ur monsters to increase their stats. Combining monsters would also be pretty useless and may just make them overpowered (who would want to get attacked by an army of zaf-dave hybrids? They would heal each other and shoot rockets with really high health and it'd be way harder than killing the few zafs with an ADT.
Guys don't rate it if it won't load or takes too long cause u haven't even tried it yet and it's probably just the server connection. This game would be the top rated multiplayer game if ppl actually rated fairly.
Guys post this stuff on the forums and please look on kixeye's forums first before posting ideas. Really needs an easier way to switch outposts other than on map. Maybe a tab that comes out and u can select the outpost. It's also really annoying to go to every outpost to harvest and when u do, wild monsters usually attack. Just had a wild monster attack on my main yard and 5/7 outposts -.-. I wonder how the ppl with 20 outposts do it. lol
