The part with the teeny little gaps sucks; it seems rather cruel that you cant even tell whether you're going to fall in it, it's so small, and it keeps killing you...
I have yet to play a single surgery game that has intelligent tray detection for removing shrapnel ect. and putting them on a tray...and Dark Cut 2 was the only one that din't teleport them back into the wound if you failed to find the invisible magic spot on the tray!
