It's OK. Couldn't get past level 2 as even in box form I would always go into the gold and lose. Also, I had to figure out the controls by mashing every key. Please explain the game a little better? Maybe a start menu?
Thanks for your comment! The level 2 is trickier than level 1 but you can still pass it through. Yes, the controls explanatio can be added for sure! :)
Also, really minor thing but the parallax is slightly off. The mountains in the background move at the same speed as the grass in the foreground which clashes visually with the trees. The mountains appear to be in the foreground with the grass and then when the trees move over the top of them, it causes visual distortion.
I would like to see more automation. The ability to auto-invest points and maybe a system to tell the game what order to invest them in would be nice. Maybe make it require skill points to unlock? So for a few points you can get level 1 which auto-invests points randomly. More points means you can select one skill you want to invest all available points in first, then randomly assign leftover points. Even more points still would let you make an order that you want the points to attempt to apply. Maybe have ideal levels before going to the next one? So say I want STR to get to 16 before I want VIT to be at 14, before I want all remaining stats invested in INT.
