Some tips for those after the Hard badge: Sources of the same color tend to not want to connect in any way to each other. An easy starting point for Color Impossible is to search out and try to connect all of the single-color points to a source. As always, if the loops go back around to its parent, it's most likely oriented the wrong way.
The hardest part about this game is not the level design, nor the enemies. It's the controls. "Oh, that was a double jump? Sorry, I didn't know." *dead* About 80 percent of my deaths were due to the controls alone.
If you think you have a solution but nothing's happening, press the center of any number circle. All the paths and circles should be lit up. If even one isn't lit, you did it wrong.
Seriously, some kind of indicator as to what arbitrary conditions kill the hang glider would certainly be appreciated, cause I'm tearing what's left of my hair out trying to knock the bombs into the monkey only to fall for some unknown reason and die.
Actually, yeah. Based on the way puzzles are generated, it's always possible to solve it - sometimes it just takes quite a bit of thinking. Never any guesswork, though.
Some tips: You only need two of the highest-level items in a category to reach max (e.g. two plate mail or two halberds). Discard the rest unless you want to sell. As long as you have the ranged weapon equipped, you can also equip the ammo in another slot rather than waste a hell of a lot of space on another ranged weapon of the same kind, so a full musket and a full ammo pouch give the same Range as two full muskets.
@Orangatuan: OUTPUT means that _all_ of the robots must be accepted, ACCEPT means only the robots that match are accepted. That should make things easier to understand. As for hints, the game's freeform enough so that multiple solutions are easily possible, if varying in efficiency. Just walk your way backwards through the problem and figure out what needs to be checked and what needs to be changed.
And you can even stealthy toggle mute using the hidden cheatcode that I told nobody about! (pressing 'm') (I'll add it to the instructions)
