Overall, a fun game, but the last boss of story mode killed it for me. The bosses in general were pretty lame, departing from the formula that makes the rest of the game so good. However, the goddamn last boss is the worst, since it's complete luck whether you win or lose, since a string of lasers can kill you no matter what. Also, you should not be able to die while in mid-air. How about, if you run out while in mid-air you stay alive until you touch the ground. If you don't have enough exp. then, then you die. Otherwise, you advance a level and continue.
Great game. Highly intuitive with a lot of room to improve one's own skill. I don't know if I'll ever reach the Restaurant in timed mode, but I don't mind if I don't. The game is a lot of fun anyway.
Lousy. The auto-turret AI sucks. I had all 4 at the center with overlapping fields of fire, and they all did nothing as a snowman - which could be killed in one shot - ran into me. Useless AI, useless upgrades, useless game.
Fun-ish. Would prefer that cannons always shot from either port or starboard, rather than top and bottom relative to the screen, since this way I can't effectively broadside an enemy ship while moving up.
Overall good. Nice strategy. Only complaint is the controls. The click & drag interface is just plain terrible. In a sequel, I would like to see an RTS-style control scheme. Left click to select a bot of yours, right click to order it to move to a given location and/or attack a given enemy.
Fun, but gets old. The badge is a little too easy; just grab the top-level minigun and go nuts. I had 200 kills in only 2 magazines, and I wasn't sparing with the death-dealing.
