Some thoughts:
The car does become valuable after a little while, in that you can have a full healthy team assembled when your car blows up. There's a sentence you don't see every day.
Don't buy the grenaders. Later, you won't want them on your team. 3000 yards is a long walk walk with those soft tossing losers on team. They take up valuable AA, marksmen and auto-dude space.
Don't buy the first gun upgrade until you have the stabin' mission complete. Once you have all the guns, ye can't go back to ol' stabby.
Fun.
I love it. Through 29 levels, that is.
Agree with others, in that the top level upgrades seem necessary to beat lvl 30, yet the $$ reward for continuing to grind is too low to get there in a reasonable amount of time. Still giving it a 5 for right amount of difficulty, action and real humor.
Generally, I do not like or play "Find-the-difference" games, but gotta get my BotD. Turns out this is a really a beautiful little story told in pictures, that happened to have a little game attached. Enjoyed it.
Looks great, neat idea, like the puzzles, but like most of us, the controls are too frustrating to continue. I played through 10ish levels and I'm gonna hang it up. It's not that I won't accept the dragging mouse as the chosen control; it's more about the tiny window provided to "grab and hold" on many level.
This just in, when you buy an upgrade... TURN the D@MNED THING ON!
Dumb ol' me just figured that out after buying nearly all. I'm way strong now though :).
Dig it. Crisp, clean, cute. Challenging without being too hard. I like that it relies much more on figuring out the logic of the puzzle and less on timing. Just long enough. I look forward to the sequel.
Agree with ZaxaPac. Another slow load / no load BoD. MMPOLRPGs are not BoD material. Love you Kongregate. Love the BoD program as it exposes me to a lot of new games, developers and genres, but the last several BoDs just don't work.
I just fist pumped after beating bonus level B with the cake. I may need professional help.
Good game. Cute, simple but challenging. I like that there is not too much perfect timing stuff.
