Kinda buggy isn't it? Card says "removes taint while in play" does not. Card says "adds arcane while in play" doesn't. The graphics are harder to read than the original. I actually like the fact that it is truly a different game, but it needs work.
Best mechanics in a reaction game, WORST balancing. WTF with an all tesla level ??? And a gimme for the last level? The last level is supposed to be hard. I'm embarrassed to get 15 points for completion.
I've played a number of the difference games, but I cannot say that I am a fan. Having said that, this game makes the NASTIEST use of perceptual tricks to hide the differences that I've seen. Uggh!
Don't know why you start out w/ such good equipment. I had to go all the way to the lr corner to get a better hull. Maybe the game is more interesting if you play an assassin.
Lagging started third level before end. Got much, MUCH worse on the final level. Not worth the trouble to finish.
I appreciate the humor, this game has a lot going for it, but performance needs to be uniform.
One request... Half of the time at least, I log out & play "from scratch". I would love a "forget/remember" switch so that I could do that w/o logging out. Wouldn't mind a badge for getting 30 achievements that way, either. ;)
