I clicked save on the final screen, did F5 (reload) and refinished it 2x and it finally did the award.

Just played the game from start to finish (1hr30min) with no badge awarded?!? I got all 5 fuses in the fuse box too.

I agree BT2 is better. I had to use AutoHotkey to enable autofire. ;-)
