shadowlaps, Rain is meant to be a "whimpy" weapon. There are the ridiculously strong weapons like the mega nuke, smart sniper, or even a x2 critical angry bird attack... but there have to be weaker weapons in the game to balance it out. If every weapon in the game did 200 damage... the game wouldn't be too interesting anymore would it.
We should have the option to play as the werewolf since the main character acts so much like a werewolf. we should be able to tear the little guys in the colored suits limb from limb.
Guys it's not a glitch. it saves one soul on purpose to give you something to spawn so you don't end up stuck with all points and no workers. It isn't a glitch just the number of souls you can see is the spendable souls.
Just stop commenting. Champ doesn't read any comments he read and responded to the simplest one he could and he's doing absolutely nothing else to improve the game.

The luck skilltree system isn't glitched, luck just isn't perfect all the time, hints why it's called luck. luck isn't built up just to get better items it's built up to get higher good luck rather than bad luck, just it isn't always guaranteed
Level 22, everything is going down and the falling will cause everyone to die in a few seconds but in less than 1 second the mission fails... major flaw... give the game time to work out, if not, take the level out. 4/5 for it.
