Rodents raise ship infection rate. This makes infecting Madagascar easier. If you start in Madagascar, buy rodents to get OFF the stupid island, and then buy whatever other transmissions you need: insects for Peru for a start. and airborne. The other contries don't react to your current state, they react to the state of the highly infctious country that's making them panic. Because Madagascar only has a port, they'll eventually react by closing all the shipyards...but not airports or borders. The secret to winning is to start in one of the dead-end countries so that you can leverage these transmissions for as long as possible. Being a paratsite helps here, but you have to be very stingy with your points.

Needs a tune-up. Nearly there, though.

Please do something about the BS tutorial telling us not to worry about the choices we make. I now have a character named Clash and a bunch of wasted rare cards because I was stupid enough to think that the game wouldn't flat-out lie to me about the importance of those decisions.
