how i beat lvl 9. all i did was just send out tanks. only use gas unless you are far away to use heavy bombarbment,anti-tank, or mortar. gas only kills people. hope this helps :)
Lol I've shot him with an AK-47 at LEAST 100000 times, I've shot him w/ the RPG, and I shot him with the Super mega awesome gld gun of uberness(i thougth of that name). Oh yeah and I forgot I nuked him at least 200 times.
