Excellent game, the amount of features can give hours of gameplay. The learning curve is a little steep though to some but the tutorial pretty much covers everything. You can create your own levels- sorta, There is a sandbox mode, the challenges are fun and challenging, you can create little movies, and there is almost no limit to what can be built.
Improvements I want to see:
Right clicking makes the mouse cursor reappear. You need it to go away again.
The game crashes often though I'm not sure why.
A level editor would be nice, one where you can create terrain, place creation box and finish line.
I really love this game. It's simplicity and non laggy and quick visual effects made me enjoy this game. I would ask that the next generation of Starfighter would be closer to the original one.
A lot better than the other entries. Some things to improve: Don't allow selection of health. Implement acceleration, try using different explosion graphics.
Great concept and appropriately difficult.
Too the many out there who thinks the physics are wrong, try this, stack all your jenga bricks on top of each other, dropping them on from about 2 inches from the top. What is happening is that the velocity of the falling block is adding to the swaying of the tower.
I look at each Rey and see progress. Still jumping is weird and there are still fall through floors. It's annoying to restart just because I jumped over a hole.
Animations were pretty nice. Physics were kinda strange. Jumping in one direction and then moving in the other direction seems to just hold the jump. The collisions were a little off. Otherwise this could become some epic cute game with improvements.
Interesting concept. The game though became a little boring and repetitive. The GUI is clean and easy to navigate. The font is appropiate and unique. I became actually scared when I saw 2s in the code. My poor logical brain can't handle 2s in binary.
I've been playing with Conway's Game for years. It's great that a game was made from it. When I first saw irRegular I thought it would be just a sandbox with different rules. Well done.
This is not a game.
This actually never happened anyway. The website where this originated even has a disclaimer.
"BSNews.org, and all it's contents, fall under the category of Satire and Parody. Don't take any of this bull seriously, ok? In other words, NONE OF THIS IS REAL! Understand? Good."
Not enough effort didn't seem to be applied to this game: Low framerate, poor animations, game didn't take too much thinking to figure out who was the target. The UI wasn't that bad. It seems like if game developement was going well until it hit a point. Anyway at least better than most of the other shooters I see.
(I hope I don't sound mean. I'm just pointing out what I thought I saw poor in this game. :) )
Amazing creator limited to only the minds of the players. GUI is clean and easy to navigate. Sounds were optimized for minimum loading time. Concept is almost never done in Flash so well.
