what makes me laugh about you is your misguided belief that you’re somehow some kind of enlightened individual because you choose to be on the left side of the political spectrum. you’re quite full of yourself. most liberals i know are actually quite sensible and at least put up a somewhat difficult argument to fight against. you, on the other, feel as though you somehow encompass the very essence of ingenuity by wrapping your egotistical, self-assured, narcissistic, left-wing personality around everything that your say. You think that countering an argument means hurling stereotypical and generally irrelevant phrases and insults at your opponent, or requesting citations from someone who is on an online forum as if presenting some biased internet-based source will somehow provide more validity to your or their opinion. instead of worrying about the frivoulous fears that the liberal mind so freely embraces, maybe you should worry about how to locate the solutions to the problems of the world, rather than constantly spewing forth incessant whining about the small social issues our society’s going to continue to face for generations to come. instead of constantly pointing out the faults of a nation’s leaders, maybe you should come to grips with the fact that, every second you spend complaining about the injustice of our modern world, you could be out there trying to make the world the way you want it to be. do you know why you never hear me complaining about my country’s top men? because I don’t know with certainty that I could do any better. if you really feel as though you could do a better job, then maybe you should shut the hell up and start trying to make a difference. but, like most liberals I know, you will never put yourself on the line because you are too much of a coward to face the inescapable reality that you are going be inevitably judged for everything that you do. you are going to forever live in Roosevelt’s “grey twilight that neither knows victory nor defeat”. i think you may be the only person on this forum who i actually “hate”. i’ll see you in hell. have a nice day.

I think this may be key to the problem. If we can grasp why the republican die hard fan base has this schism with reality; work eight to the core of the issue and identify it, we may be able to root it out. At the very least, it would take the overarching fear away from these people, and increase their quality of life.
