rated it a five, game was awesome... except it doesn't save at all. Spent a couple hours, got almost everything, came back a while later, fired it up again when I saw it got badges. No save file. If I so much as refresh the page, I have to start completely over. I've done what you've suggested in regards to setting up flash, and it does nothing. Yours is the only game that does this.
Naming my character instead gave him the default name, and when I tried naming the shop it only allowed for five characters, and the default shop title is umch longer than that
This is a glorious thing. Only real issues I'm having is superficial - the main stage theme has one single note played played too loud usually around halfway through the level - it's kinda abruptly jarring. Also there's a notable lack of a "battle won" diddy after the boss that would be awesome. Mostly I'm just nitpicking
I like how you're thnking outside the box, and the netcode is quite respectable [I am on botched dialup and there is absolutely zero lag], and the graphics are pretty, but I'd hardly call this a game. There's just not enough to do; the playtime value is measured in seconds before we've experienced all the game has to offer. Upgrades are a good idea, but the three you've chosen are so par for the course they're absolutely boring :/
This is legitimately fun, and gives plenty to do. I love the attention to detail and the rather large assortment of arms available - I was going to give it a 4, but then I discovered the bucket of scorpions and rattlesnake. Really makes me want to fire up River City Ransom. 5/5
Fun, but the flippers are surprisingly almost worthless past the levels that use them exclusively - simply too much crap in the way. Also, I was a bit dissapointed to not hear another rendition of that awesome tune y'all used in the final stages of the previous two games
the air control is screwy, and there's too little distance between the ground and the bottom of the flash window; it's kind of frustrating when clicking does nothing and trying to jump just scrolls the window up. Still, I lol'd, and I appreciate omitting the obvious HIT THE WEAK SPOT FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE pun this could have had. 4/5
the voice acting and sound quality is terrible, and the sound effects are too loud in relation to the music. It's abrasive and jarring. The music is great, why in the hell are you randomly winding the volume down with it? You appear to be cutting off a good chunk of the music. Graphics are good. All in all, needs work.
