I think it's one of the easiest hard badges. Only a few levels were challenging to get 0 deaths when you previously collected all lightning bolts. It's a bit time consuming though.

It would be really hard to get higher score. Most important is get high speed, aiming at baloons and lightbulbs, and good landing.
