Does Power or Shatter effect Bolt Mastery?

@nibbie, 95% is the highest you can feed your pet. Also today is zebra day (friday) make sure to feed him for increased maximum boosts, 812% for me now!

Sigh, so many people putting scores up that are impossible "Why yes I've done 1000 daily quests", sigh.

Excellent game, but those damned suicide bombers are impossible to deal with if your reloading :<
