1mil is way too easy. 6mil would be normal, 7 mil would be hard.
I started in madagascar twice, but america didnt get infected at all.

Tip on infecting madagascar as bacteria:
1. If you havent started in it, ONLY Upgrade the 1st tier of symptoms.
2. Then upgrade to water transport.
3. If its not infected yet, continue upgrading resistance
4. It should be infected by now. If it isnt, you started too far away from it or your luck is rotten.
