You don't "die for no reason", this game is totally bug-less, it might be either the nuke caused by the trucks with the radioactive sign, or the units that must not touch un crossfire and some scenario levels. READ! the instructions.
I got to lvl 13 and I got a 32-combo, and then I boom'd. Outta fuel. But if I would have landed properly, I would have levelled up (bar at 3/4) Good game, reminds me of Winterbells (http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/g3/bells.htm)
but that's just stupid. I mean, you're outta fuel, what does explode then? And why runing outta fuel explodes you? And how come you explode if you are Indestructible?
