how to make a flashbag…….

ok just buy some pvc pipe about 2inchs and the buy to caps like a pipe bomb and drill a small hole in one for the fuse the put one cap on to on side use super glue or pvc cement and then put flash powder and the drill 5 holes in the other cap but drill in the side of the cap and make sure thats the same with the small hole cap and cement to it then add a fuse then light and there you go it wont blow up but just back a bright light so no one gets hurt.
