I doubt anyone owns the copyright to generic car styles. Yes, some of the cars look similar. It's because they're based on the same or similar real world cars.
Can kongregate please give games that are GOOD the badges, rather than crappy clones of games which are already crappy in themselves. I completely agree with Juzzie. This genre can be done well, like with burrito bison, but generally it isn't.
Guys, if anyone wants to see whether this is a clone of patapon (hint: it is. It has a little bit added on and changed, but fundamentally it's identical, and a lot closer than just being in the same genre like many examples given in comments) you can play on kongregate if you type it into the search bar.

No, because different FPSs have different controls, and different things you can do, different weapons and different objectives. The controls in this game are exactly the same as in patapon - heck the drums even sound the same and even the name is based on patapon. The graphics are also very similar - in both games your army is made up of black cartoons. Also, FPSs existed before wolfenstein, and open world games existed before GTA.

Guys who made this, why do you have videos that advertise pantene? It seems like a pretty dumb mismatch of target audience of advert and target audience of game.

I find that not to be the case. For anything less than a 2 level difference on every stat the effect is has is trivial compared to the effects of skill. I've been able to beat people with maxed stats when mine only go up to level three, and other people have beaten me by huge margins when I had maxed stats.
