Or better yet, the option to give a different AI to each man. Say, have three or four different behaviors you can set a guy to. Agressive, he shoots at everything in sight. Defensive, the men try to keep their distance and don't just stand and derp. (my men LOVE to stand still and take enemy fire) Manual for full player control.
I don't know if it's just me, but my men really don't have good priorities. This would be so much more fun if they had better survival sense. Such as firing at the enemies when they are within a good distance, rather then mindlessly grabbing loot. It's a bit frustrating trying to babysit the six men when they should at least have some sense of self-defense.
Err...no thanks. I don't think I'll play "Item-Mall: Terraria Edition". If it had something truely unique to it, and didn't try to charge money-by-the-use, maybe. But as is? Big no.
Slight glitch I found. The level cap is 40 it seems, and while I find that a very low amount (just from personal standpoints, easy to beat game with less then this I feel), you can continue to gain exp and levels, or at least skillpoints, by exiting, loading again, and the Max! stat on the level bar goes away, allowing for more exp gains. I'd suggest a higher level cap altogether, but that's definitely bug-material as well.
Ok, show of hands. Who all got dark memory piece 10 by wall-jumping upwards at the beginning and then derping to themselves seeing the easy way down after getting it?
...huh. I just bought the game, and 3 hours into it, after a battle I get a big white screen with a (!) in the middle and now my game won't even load, not even after a hard refresh or cookie cleaning. Anyone else get this problem?
Took 5 hours worth of surveys to get the 50 kreds. I definitely would have appreciated seeing this game full from the get-go, but it just proves that it's incredibly easy to do if you got the time and not the money. The developer gets the $5 to keep themselves fed, I get a legit copy of the game online to play. I just hope that if this game gets a sequel, it's free, at least to us people who already paid for it once. Surveys get harder and harder to do.
Yeah, I think that's a bug. The game wants 15 throwing weapons mastered, but after finding all weapons, there's only 14 throwing. And if the wall spears are counted as throwing, the game didn't credit it for me when I mastered it.
Oops! Yeah that's a bug, not sure how that slipped by during testing. We'll plan to fix that to only need 14 in our next update, and make sure it gives the in-game badge for anyone who already mastered all 14 of them.
I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but I've mastered every weapon possible, but missing 1 of the throwing items for the in-game achievement. All my items are mastered/crowned, but I'm still short one, somehow.
Oh I made it so that the greater the level gap the lesser exp you will get. This was a problem when grinding lower level monsters and one shotting them. Sorry.
Great RPG game. The only problem I found with it was: Post-Game, as you go deeper into the dungeon, the exp gain from monsters reverts and goes lower. For example, around level 25, I get roughly 400-700 exp or more per monster for the group. At level 40, my team just got 89 exp for a group of three monsters. Exp bug? Regardless, nice, funny RPG game, if not a bit short and repetitive, could use a bigger beastiary, 4/5.
Oh great, another get-rich-fast scheme MMO game with a big breasted woman to front page to get views. Huh-what? WHAT? This isn't an item-mall based game, but it has a giant boobed lady? WHAT TRICKERY IS THIS.
110.54% game completion? Talk about going above and beyond. Anyway, this game is a great addition to the Diamond Hollow set. The only part I disliked was the Tadpole minigame. It's way too luck-based, the hit box seems a bit wonky, and it was not fun to earn the achievement unlike every other one. 800m seems like a tad much, it took me hundreds of tries to get lucky enough the enemies didn't spawn in areas I could not dodge. 5/5 game otherwise. Also, I'm sad there was no 'secret' ending for getting all trophys, like with a true escape with Saga.
I battled with myself about a secret ending like that for a long time. However, in order for the secret ending to feel "worthwhile" it would need to be something such as an escape with Saga. However, I very much want to keep myself open for a Diamond Hollow 3, and I felt that that would hold me back. However, it's definitely something I'll try to plan into the next one from the start, because I too love secret endings. :)
Customizable AI ? Good ideea, we will use it in next game. Thank you for the sugestions and the feedback
