VERY cool game, even better than the first one.
Suggestions for (maybe) a third would be more weapons and maybe a preview screen for all visual upgrades :)
Well, the game looks pretty weird and you can drive your car into the void. Plus, the controllings are very ugly, I would suggest to go down by pressing down key and so on ;)

Yes, SHOULD hit, but with bad luck it's possible to get 10 misses. But you are right, often I'm wondering about this too. All in all I don't like the missions where you move the persons strategically, this could be removed from the game!
the enemys definitely do too much damage. It sucks to hell when you get killed with some shots and also that you sometimes leave an area by fleeing is not so good.
