Fun concept, but a few laggy bits; the XP counter at the end of each level is painfully slow; and why's the brother gotta be a janitor... BLACK RAGE!!! :)
Cute, but the blocks need some visual indicator as to which can be removed, which can't, which ones are pinned in place, and which ones are subject to physics.
@Marmph: Thanks for paying attention to all of our whiny comments, and making the game better. I finally beat level 9, then the rest of the game was a cake-walk by comparison. :)
Very cool concept, but needs some work. Difficulty curve is a bit steep and enemies should not impede movement. All of my deaths were caused by getting wedged between two enemies, and getting ping-ponged to death in half a second. Perhaps if the enemies took damage from collisions as well. Upgrade menu needs to be easier to access, and weapon upgrades need better descriptions, ideally some actual numbers for damage.
Top notch game. I played through it 3 times. I NEED more. Though, I don't particularly care for the random height rocks or the blown up tank debris that blocks your view of obstacles.
Tank Debris can be turned off in LOW graphics mode. It also speeds the game up! We will review the random rock heights as youre not the first to mention it. thanks for comment. -Leigh
Cool concept, but... Keyboard shortcuts are a must. Pause button would be cool. Tank aiming AI could be improved. A "Hold ground until wounded" and "retreat" setting would be helpful as well. All games should come with a music mute button.
