Reactance	Feb. 28, 2011 Rating: 2 Lvl 12 and 13 are probably the best for grinding upgrade points. Lvl 12 gets you about 250k each run, lvl 13 about 300k. If you get through the stage without getting hit, you'll even get twice the points.
