You do not need shiny, and theres no other way of getting shiny except buying or collecting mushroom, you should be glad you have 3 workers instead of 2 or 1. you cannot get shiny using resources.
@beef5 you lose 1 feed not sure for this version of kongregate. Hate it gets starve for 24 hours, it's 23 hours at facebook so we can feed earlier and earlier.

This game isn't fast-paced, it's a 24 hour game. anyway, this should have been updated that whatever high lvl the building is, they don't take more than hour to repair even a lvl 9 Town Hall. This no-more-than-1-hour-update isn't in this version??
There is a townhall lvl9, no TH lvl 10. This is outdated. Sad. There will be 3 railguns. There's a Massive update bigger than champions and maproom lvl2 for facebook backyard monsters.
I've seen people comment upgrading hatchery is a waste, BUT think of the bigger picture, a lvl3 hatchery can hide a bunker if well placed, this gives you the element of surprise, some people just recklessly attack without even viewing the person's base. People will also find it hard in which hatchery hides the missing building since there's 5 hatchery in total, have fun hiding and finding them.
Look you people constantly posting you hate this game because of shiny, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY SHINY, this game is 24hours, use the 1 week damage protection to build up ur defenses at starting point, you are already lvl20+ by the time the DP ends.

clearly says about shinys. I also heard that the develepor would not make a building for trading resources for another resource(i think).
