You gin to make anymore games (sorry if it’s rude to ask just replaying seep state and thinking it’s so cool)

the game wont let me pass any laws after the first, im stuck at the beginning with a ton of cash basically…

because i have spent all money on “absorb federal crime agency” i was unable to make any action to lower “fear” [any action at all, and income drop was very unexpected]… this means because of game mechanics i will quit playing after making one very first actions required by gameplay
