PS - The endgame gets a bit tedious. After the first bat, subsequent bats are too few and far between. It took me well over half an hour to get up to 75k points, when I finally just gave up and let my spider starve.
Love this game. I particularly like how it turns out that building "realistic" webs are by far the most successful. The algorithm for web destruction, not allowing for acute angles sticking out, is particularly well done. I have occasionally run into a problem with my web spontaneously collapsing.. not sure what's up there. Also, it bothers me that it takes longer to eat a butterfly than a hummingbird.
Great game. 5/5.
Great game. I agree with a lot of the comments - there needs to be some way to disable or remove units. It's not strategy or planning ahead if you have to see the future to know that oh yeah, in 20 levels, my purple mages are going to be useless.
To beat level 10:
First, pop bubbles with bullets as best you can, until one of them drops a powerup circle. Then just park yourself inside the powerup circle and let the lasers do their work. You have to use this strategy throughout the game's later stages - kill one thing, then take advantage of the powerup circle it leaves behind, moving to another powerup circle when yours starts to fade. If you don't, you get squished.
"Help, the question mark is bumping the play button out of the way" means maybe you should pick the damn question mark first. Duh.
