Oh, the irony! When I was trying to kill an assassin before he appeared, I didn't react in time so I jumped to avoid his dagger. The assassin's thrown dagger happened to hit another assassin off screen and I got the assassin mask anyway :D
Spending prestige points by clicking on stat upgrades manually is extremely laggy. Besides the obvious issue of slowness because of only being able to buy one upgrade at a time instead of x10/x100 etc, the game seems to recalculate the required number of points FOR EACH upgrade, and this recalculation slows down the game even more.
While you mess around with floor skipping math, there are two possible quick fixes - give us the option to disable floor skipping and/or cap floor skipping to (highest_floor_this_prestige minus 1 or 2). As enemy HP/dmg scale up faster, floor skipping calculations also need to scale up.
There's something terribly wrong with the autobuyers now. Having any single autobuyer enabled (e.g. XP only) means that the game calculates how many levels you can get in XP, buys that many levels... and then proceeds to buy the same number of levels for all other stats while going into negative prestige points. I had something like 1800 points upon layer 1 prestige with only XP autobuyer enabled, and the game pushed me from x7 -> x22 in all stats when it was only enough to buy that much for one stat and now I have negative 7532 layer 1 prestige points remaining.
I refreshed the page for a new update, and went from prestige layer 3 point 118 to prestige layer 3 point 38. Kind of disappointing when I hadn't had my first layer 3 prestige.
Extremely repetitive game. Falling fireball from the sky is just a minor annoyance, but besides that, there is no real difference in difficulty between levels. Near the end of level 5 or 6, there's a steep drop and the player is expected to land on a platform that's out of sight or start over again which is utterly disgusting. Made it to level 8 or so but it doesn't look like there's anything more to this game, so I'm stopping here.
I'd like to have a statistics page to see my own percentages of choices, wins, losses, and a logs page to see matches against people and our choices and outcomes.
On the last wave, a priest ran away and kept running past the edge of the screen. Now I'm stuck because there's an enemy still alive and I haven't bought any units to capture the flag.
While moving my mouse left and right, it gradually goes higher and higher... until it goes off the screen and then the paddle stops responding to my mouse movements >.<
A rewind button is what this game really needs. Or perhaps, a click-and-drag bar to adjust the amount of time that has passed (like in videos) so that it's easier to control the timing.
Thanks for your review. I will make something really different in this game in its next update..
