I am serious about the 12q12q9 banning. Exploiting the safe deposit boxes and making a site to advertise it cheated you out of money (since I assume kreds somehow get converted to cash, not a dev, so I don't know for certain). But either way, he's cheated you out of real money. So regardless of whether he's purchased premium or not, he's attacked you and your game. So even if he's not working with the stalkers, he's definitely following a similar course of action as them.
If anyone in this game has correlation to the stalkers, it's 12q12q9 for sure. Seeing as he is a well known mutliboxer and completely ignores the game rules regarding privacy.
Perhaps instead of muting someone who did one thing, which was change the color of chats using HTML, which was harmless, you could ban the asshole (12q12q9) who constantly messes with your games.
He's made you lose money by exploiting the dropboxes for only 1 kred, he's exploited the money, encouraged other to do it, and he's repeatedly messed with the game (putting the socialist "I AM GOD" on the libercon team).
So rather than mute the guy who did something that was essentially harmless, you could just ban the asshole who f**ks with your game to get off.

How exactly did 12q12q9 manage to get a pastebin of two PACs he is not in? He got one of my PAC and one of Grav's PAC without being in either one of them.
Well, either he found an exploit where he can only view two specifics PACs.... or he just bribed somebody in them. The latter is infinitely more likely. He could also be working with the stalkers to read the database itself.

So since the stalkers are now more directly attacking your server, in addition to the evidence you've found on the subject, are you able to bring this to the FBI or Police and have them arrested for continuously attacking and interfering with your game?
Have lots of people who play the game contact the FBI about it and provide their thoughts/evidence. Don't spam them waiting for a response, just tell them what you know and your take on things with the server. CACloud is apparently owned by an American company, so it's likely they have a bit more legal authority. Otherwise you might have to talk to the Canadian intelligence services/police or the CIA I suppose. Part of the problem is that the stalkers bribe/blackmail/etc. a lot of public officials and law enforcement agents as far as I can tell.
