There's a cooldown when you punch the bag. Also you can unlock a hold click option later on which means you can hold the left mouse button down and simultaneously hit bags.
Yeah this seems to be a regular thing with browser games. I've been searching the web for possible causes in these situations and usually the advice is to first stop ad-blockers and reload, then try clearing the cache of your browser and maybe even update it but with Chrome that's pretty much a non-issue. Hope it helps.
The display of costs and income reset when reloading a saved game even though they are earning the correct amount. The auto publish also has to be purchased every time you reload.
Do you have to make more core material than you had before in order to reset? I have already earned 14 and it says I've made 12 more but it won't let me reset for a total of 26.
That second number is not in addition to what you have. It is just telling you your progress so far in this run. It won't let you reset with less that you currently have to stop you from reseting and finding out the hard way.
I feel like the exploration bonuses should remain until at least i reset for core material... If I do all that clicking it shouldn't reset when I refresh the browser.

It work but not a long time. I block the button to rework it in a next upgrade.
