When upgrading a tower, you get a free shot as soon as you press upgrade.
Really effective with the temples and their scorching aura, when they hit the higher levels.
Saved my butt a couple of times when ninjas and the dodgers came en massé.
So hold the upgrading for a second longer if you can, and surprise their sorry behinds with a second shot they never saw coming.
Don't let them touch those gems darnit!
