This entire game barely qualifies as a Tutorial.
Yea it's short alright since it is a prototype. Also, you're just too good a virtual fisherman :)
How come the fish can go through a wall but not me?
The technical answer is that the walls actually sit above the water, so they block the boat but not the fish. The real answer is that I didn't have time to put in real logic for the walls :)
