This game is actually growing on me. I hated it at first until I played for a while. The build freeze isn't a bug. It means you're out of money.

The EVAC level makes no sense and doesn't seem possible to complete. The Rocket Troops don't seem to do do anything at all.
Training builds lock up a lot.
