for me once I got lucky with the trading my cash soared. odd how the stars have no planets though. besides the lack of planets and the stars being more eye candy, great game!
Decent game overall. Do need to let you know that dodos evolved here on the planet Earth. I do hope that the penguin will be exploring the entire solar system in ltf3.The penguin will need pressure upgrades and temp. tolerance upgrades for his suit to be able to hand pressures and temps. on the other 7 planets and inside the gas giants. Has a lot of moons to explore too, possibly should explore the sun too. Do some research for specific and realistic information if you want. Hope you get several more grand before time is up on kickstarter. Plus if you think it would be great if the penguin explored the whole solar system in ltf3. I do have some more ideas that I do not think I have enough room to put here for the next game.
any idea on if there will be a sequal since the solar system should have outer planets beyond the asteroid belt and what about exploring the enemies solar system and taking out all their bases? don't forget all the moons too. would probably be called greenshift.
I have gotten a few solar systems that are exactly the same but stuff has different names, and even a few with the only planet having the same name, geo, element, and star color. bug in my opinion. still sulfur giving planets.
I just discovered another bug. in orbit around the star Sadr there is a frozen planet super close to the star and is the innermost planet with the outer most planet being a living planet. I do know it is phiscally impossible to have a frozen planet almost touching a star. should fix that. thanks

I would love if there was a way to upgrade the mining stuff over the whole galaxy and have the upgrades be in effect permanently that speed up mining from all the stuff. I would also like to say still no planets with sulfur listed as their element and I am waiting to unlock yildun.
just found another bug that needs to be fixed which is everything that is used to mine adds 0 income and because of that bug I just bough like 5 stations that do nothing for me and they were numbers 4-9 could be less but still ouch on my wallet I spent like 30 grand needs to be fixed.
I keep on getting nothing but sulfur from all the moons that I have mined and they all say P and the next star to unlock is the first blue star named Denab and I also have not found any planets that have the element Sulfur. probably should fix the bug with the moons and make it easier to find sulfur planets.
planets and moons do not have twins in real life and I have also noticed the planets don't rotate and they should rotate unless they are tidally locked to the star and they must be very close to the star for that to happen.
thanks for your comment, they are all rotating, but the camera is too, so maybe the sensation is they are all stoped. I'll improve this on the next updates.
I would love to see you make a 4th one that is far longer and has you exploring the entire solar system including every planet, the sun, dwarf planets pluto, and ceres which is in the asteroid belt, both moons of mars, and all the gas giants moons too at least the bigger moons of the gas giants. when it comes to exploring the gas giants you need pressure upgrades to all you to handle the extreme pressures on venus, inside the gas giants, and the sun, and also temp upgrades to allow you to handle the temps for the other planets and the sun. the planets, moons, and asteroids count as check points so you do not have to start on the Earth every time. a solar system map will be needed with ability to zoom in to see moons. plus if you all would like the 4th game to be about exploring the whole solar system and possible be called Into Space 4: The Solar System. with the return of upgrades being unlocked the same way as the 2nd game. think you can fix the bug where I can't get pure water from glowing chests since I touch them I receive no pure water. and you really should add a lot more variety to the planets since repeating backgrounds looks more like you are on the same planet. I should also like to let you know that the aerial planets look like gas giants on the map and real gas giants have no solid surface anywhere except for the gas giant's rocky core if there is one. and you should update the aquatic planets on the map since I see land masses on them and we start underwater when we teleport to the planet. great game overall but needs some improvements and the bug preventing me from getting pure water from chests needs to be fixed. I can get the pure water when I dig into the chest but once I return to them when they are glowing I can't get the pure water.
I really hope that the sequal is free and online so I can play it. I also would like to suggest that you add center of masses and stuff so I can create multi star systems and put stars in binaries, trinarys, and even larger star groups, and make another star group somewhere else and have both star groups orbit each other. The sequel will be released on Kongregate as well as GameJolt for free, though a version with more features may be released through Steam and Desura in order to support my ability to keep developing. And I like the idea of orbits having the option for being centered around more than just other objects, and perhaps around a central point, though the execution on how to do the physics calculations for that eludes me yet, as the new orbit script will be more physically realistic than the current version, which makes the object rotate at a fixed distance from a dummy object at the same location as the object it's orbiting. I'll see what I can do though :) And as far as stars, I'm using the extended Harvard spectral classifications (OBAFGKMLTY), which includes brown stars of tiny masses (for a star), and using the Stefan-Bolzmann law to determine accurate energy output, which determines the remaining lifetime of a star, with more energy output leading to a lessened lifetime.
did you know stars die you should add that and make it optional but remember stars are timed as in after a set time they die. should add red giants, neutron stars, magnatars, and pulsars, and make the colors of the stars cooler then m stars realistic turn them brown colors instead oh and adding mass normally makes stuff bigger and you should add gas giant planets to and make it so that if you add enough mass to a rocky planet in a gas rich area it collects gas and turns into a gas giant with enough gas. should do some research on star death, brown dwarfs, among other things and add them. plus if you agree and thanks!
Thanks for playing! And I would like to make the star's life cycle dependent upon how much hydrogen is remaining. I would love to add other types of stars as well, so I'm doing more research into what causes the different types, as well as what death conditions lead to things like magnatars, pulsars, neutron stars, quazars, and even blazars. I'd like to do something with blackholes where objects too near them would begin to "spaghettify" as the gravitational force grows exponentially as it nears the event horizon, causing the part of the object nearest the blackhole to stretch and be pulled in faster and further than the other side of the object. And gravitational lensing is an interesting visual phenomenon that I would enjoy looking into as well.
there is one thing I HATE about this game. I CAN'T PAUSE I hate it when I have to do something and I lose because I can not pause. I have tried p. plus if you want a pause feature! if there is one please tell me what button to press thanks.
