I really like this series. It would have been nice if the weaknesses of the last otherwise great games - the long delay of spells and troop reactions, the difficulty of controlling troops - had been addressed. I don't understand what the extra movement buttons do, and I wish there were a stop button.
I like this game a lot. A couple things-
I liked it better when unit costs were in 1/10th as much. That was much easier to track.
Like everyone says, give the first round a start button, a longer delay, or make towers activate faster.
Knights could get greater range so that they have a shared tactical value. Right now they really just take up a valuable golem space.
The game finishes fast, it would be nice to have some replay value or more challenge, like if you could lose territory from those invasions.
I figured out how to open my save feature. I think it had to do with allowing third-party content in flash, or it might have been turning global security settings to always ask. Now back to the game!
hey, sorry to hear that. Flash saves data using shared objects. If you delete the cache it will also get deleted. Another problem might be if the space allocated is full. You might want to increase the storage data space by right clicking on the game and selecting settings. Once on the settings menu select storage. You can move the slider to increase the amount of data that can be stored.
I sure like this game but for one thing: I don't like wrestling with an interface - the suits and guns move when I'm about to match them up, making strategy really difficult. Hold them still and I'll love it.
So, 12 turns a day and ambiguity everywhere, like a hidden dual weapon penalty? How will I ever figure this stuff out? Over years of playing in the dark?
A lot of cool stuff, but this game starts out too fast. Maybe don't start the clock until the mine is put down. Also, get rid of that pause when enemies are coming.
Oh cool! How did you do it? was it in the flash settings?
