As others have pointed out, it is too big to fit fully on the screen. Also there's some changes (some more subtle than others) that make this a completely different game from the original.
This is a great start to an awesome game series, but what's the deal with some amulets being only available at a competitor's site? I left that particular site over their terrible ads, so I won't be going back there.
Whether they're allowed by Kongregate or not, isn't the point. They're annoying and detract from the game (and who knows what kind of privacy issues they create). Using these spammy ads, makes me question the safety of the game. If you want to chase away all of your players, by all means leave them in.
The text claims that Energy is for mages and Willpower is for Priests. However every time I get starting eq that boosts those, it is on the wrong char (ie. +3 willpower on the mage, and a +2 energy on the priest). I suspect this is a bug.
Hardcore done! Started with a fighter, a fire mage, and a lawful priest. Like the normal mode, it got rough around lvl5-7. Once past that point, basically it was just switching armor for each battle (honestly very tedious). The warning that whats-his-name was escaping came while I was still lvl 9. Luckily I had enough time to get up to 10, hire a merc, and get several blessings before crossing the barrier. The final fight the merc died around half way. Then finally the main boss died and the heroes mopped up his minions. A fun game, although the constant armor switching gets more than a bit tedious.
Finally beat it on normal. Seriously a challenge around lvl 6-8. Once I got past that it was just a matter of changing armor. Started off with an archer, defensive guy, and a dark priest. Quickly had the archer learn ice magic and the defensive guy work on dodge. Getting up to level 5 was fairly easy. As I said 6-8 was a challenge. Then it got easier once I hit lvl 9. Got the warning that Vorag was about to escape just before I hit lvl 11. Managed to kill a few more things to get to 11. Hired a merc, checked with the guy who saw Vorag, and plunged in. It was a close fight. Lost the merc about 3/4 of the way though. Thought I might lose a hero, but Vorag fell, the heroes cleaned up his minions, and sweet sweet victory. Onto the hard level now.
This was a great game, but these new ads you force people to click go to sketchy sites. Stick with the legit Kong ads otherwise I won't play this game any more.
Thank you for reporting the bug!
