Wow, it was so easy at first, I was wondering if the whole game was going to be that way, but it certainly started to get harder, lol. Great game! It's like a music making program only without the steep learning curve and a lot more enjoyable.
Finally got the badge... whew, that took a while. However, it didn't really seem like I was forcing myself to get so many kills, this game is simply awesome. I'm so happy I finally got my Destroyer (I'm alien), so now I can totally go kick some ass!
I love how the game keeps disconnecting me and I keep losing my experience. I also love all the miscellaneous glitches still left in the game, such as infinitely falling in Blacklight, and how 80% of the time the map doesn't work. Ah, and there's also a section in Candyland near the beginning where you'll fly through the wall and I know it's not just me because I've seen it happen to others. Good game, but you need to work out the glitches, which is why I only rated 4.
At first I thought I liked this game a lot, but after trying to get the damn badge for about a hour I realized the flaws. It's honestly to luck based, you're completely dependent on where the mines pop up. There were sooooo many times where I was just in the wrong place and there was no way I could avoid the mines. The mines came in such a way that they completely pinned me, and there honestly wasn't anything I could do. You're also to dependent on the powerups. When I finally did it I got lucky and kept getting shields, but there were times when I lasted three times longer and only had about 50,000 points. I like the concept, but it would be a lot more enjoyable if it wasn't so luck based. I mean, all games require some luck, but this requires to much.
It shouldn't be objective mode, it should be "Ow, my right hand hurts mode." After holding down the mouse button for 45 minutes straight I think I got arthritis. After the 5 minute gauntlet I was praying there wasn't another, yet you had to make the last stage a 10 MINUTE long battle! Arghhhh! Couldn't it have been a big boss or something, that would have at least left me with a slightly better impression of the game.
Haha, you submitted a Pico Day game here? Obviously Kongregate users aren't going to appreciate it as much, but whatever...
The game itself is okay. The graphics are high quality, and I didn't encounter any bugs or anything of the like. However, the gameplay is fairly repetitive and dull. It's a very basic side scrolling beat 'em up. All I did the whole game was mash the punch button and I did great. Some powerups and enemies with different attacks would add variety and make it more entertaining. I'd say 3/5, but I'll give you a 4/5 because it's Pico Day =)
To easy, gets boring very fast. Like everyone else says, the graphics need a lot of improvement. Also, the music is really really really repetitive and annoying.
Eh, decent graphics and alright concept, but the gameplay is dull and gets boring to fast, and the music/sound is just annoying.
P.S. an snake ate me lol
Not as bad as I was expecting. The graphics are terrible and it's easy as hell, but the gameplay wasn't compete garbage. Still needs major improvements, but it certainly wasn't close to worst game I've ever played.
