Bloons Tower Defense 4	Oct. 29, 2011 Rating: 11 lol philip, RBE means red bloons eqivilant.. so if there were 10 blue bloons the rbe counter would be on 20 Red = 1 rbe blue = 2 green = 3 and so on

I realize that the creator of this game wants to make as much money as possible, but maybe if it wasn't so hard to get shiny, more people would play and get addicted and want shiny faster and buy it? Shiny per level up FTW!
