I think that a prequel to this game, the arena fighting, should be imminent. That sounds just as epic, and I'd like to see what these "superior enemies" did to him.
Not only that, but if he's really navigating an alien planet, make the levels similar to Super C Area 2, make it an overall level with the shop appearing at fixed points...make it an adventure. Show us the entire planet rather than the planet being sent after him.
Make it an "on-rails" game similar to Metroid Prime, only 2D. Shops would appear mid-area, and save points only before bosses. Show us you can make a video game out of this.
This game is one of the best arena shooters I've ever played, and I wish to see this game become the adventure we all deserve to play. Don't disappoint me!

I agree with Starchaser22, but I find my machine gun much more stable than the shotgun types. I want to keep it until I get a minigun or something similar.
Think about this; If leveling up to level 5 is a Hard badge, how about leveling up every weapon to 5 without buying a weapon upgrade an Impossible badge?
How about the ability to unlock a second weapon for each character? For example, Foodini could have throwing cards and Professor Fitz could have a Tesla Turret!
I say that this game's gameplay is highly based on the Darius series. The missile styles, the laser style and the way everything moves, I was able to harness right off the bat because I am an experienced Darius series player. Kudos to the tip of the hat to a great series!
That was not a Medium badge, that was supposed to be EASY!! It was the easiest shooter here on Kongregate. I was disappointed to see it was the badge of the day, and I'm outraged at how easy the game really was. Talk about lame. Only light in this is I've gotten 16 extra PowerUp Rewards points than I should have.
